In January 2020, Elanic, an Indian fashion marketplace, experienced a data breach where records were publicly posted on a hacking forum. Elanic confirmed the data was from a test server and was considered "old," dating from 2016-2018. They chose not to communicate or publicly disclose the breach to affected customers.
